Special Ability

You can upgrade it with a token to decrease the speed of the enemies who attack it.

Upon being hit, the attacker’s speed is reduced by 25% of Black Tortoise's Defense stat (Lowest the enemy speed can go is 70% of the enemies original speed. So an enemy with 100 speed can only ever be reduced to 70.)
