Nonomo's personal pet. He always kept it next to him to help keep track of time. However, it seems that it can control time itself, as it can slow down enemies.
It also seems to grow stronger over time. Perhaps its true potential will be known given enough time.
Reduces the speed of all enemies by 10% + 0.2% * CL. Lasts 2 turns and stacks. Limited to 1 use a turn. Effect is halved in boss rooms.

Special Ability

Hourglass's first action each turn will debuff enemy speed. Additional actions will be performed normally (attacking or healing, based on pets' health).

If evolved as a Supporter, Hourglass will give pets a speed bonus (1% per Hourglass CL, max 50%) instead of the normal Supporter damage reduction. Because of this, it's suggested to pair Hourglass with a second Supporter, which can provide damage reduction.

Hourglass has a 30% bonus to its speed stat, and a 10% penalty to its health, attack and defense stats.

Strategy

In EarlyGame, its Universal Camp Bonus of +75% (max) make it usefull for Growth and Item Camp.

Evolved as Supporter, the Speed Bonus has its place in Earth Tower if you don't use Vermilion Pheasant. Water D3, with its event that need two Supporters, gives you the chance to use both Hourglass Bonus Speed and the second Supporter Damage Reduction.

Evolved as Rogue, Hourglass with its +30% speed is one of the best pets for the Speed bonus in Strategy Room

Notes

Hourglass, like Lucky Coin, can make progress towards evolution in Challenge Dungeons. Note that this only counts actual fights which have been played out. Clicking the "Start All" button only plays out a single fight (and then multiplies the gem rewards). If you're using the Challenge Dungeons to speed up this pet's evolution, don't use that button.

If Hourglass and Undine or Vermilion Pheasant are on the same team, Undine's passive DoT and Pheasant's Speed Damage Bonus will not ever be applied, regardless of the order they are added or what dungeon they are in.
